Power Platform Developer

Mandatory Skills :

  • Microsoft Power Automate :
  • Experience in developing, managing, and troubleshooting Power Automate flows.
  • Microsoft Power BI :
  • Proficiency in creating, deploying, and managing Power BI reports and dashboards.
  • Microsoft SharePoint :
  • Ability to design and integrate Microsoft Forms with SharePoint Lists.
  • M365 Core Suite :
  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft 365 tools, including Teams, SharePoint, and other M365 services.
  • Electronic Health Information Systems :
  • Experience working with electronic health information systems or healthcare IT systems.
  • Business Process Analysis :
  • Ability to analyze business processes and specifications, particularly in the context of system development and implementation.
  • Systems Analysis and Development :

  • Experience with both cloud-based and desktop-based automation .
  • Knowledge of Power Automate’s capabilities , including triggers, actions, flows, and integration with other Microsoft products.
  • Power Platform
  • In-depth understanding of the Microsoft Power Platform , which includes Power Automate , PowerApps , and Power BI .
  • Experience designing, developing, and optimizing custom solutions and workflows using Power Platform components.
  • Power Automate Desktop
  • Expertise in Power Automate Desktop for desktop automation , especially in automating repetitive tasks and processes on local machines.
  • PowerApps
  • Experience with PowerApps to create custom business applications without the need for complex coding.
  • Ability to build apps that integrate with SharePoint , Dynamics 365 , and other Microsoft products.
  • Microsoft Power BI
  • Power BI proficiency in creating, deploying, and managing interactive reports and dashboards .

  • Experience in migrating workflows from Nintex to Power Automate or similar platforms, ensuring seamless integration and continued workflow automation.

  • Proficiency with the Microsoft 365 suite , including Teams , Outlook , Word , Excel , and other core applications within the Microsoft environment.
  • Business Process Analysis
  • Strong business process analysis skills to identify inefficiencies and design automated workflows for improved business performance.

  • REST APIs and Integrations
  • Expertise in working with REST APIs for system integration , allowing data flow between different applications and systems within the Power Platform.
  • Experience integrating external systems (CRM, ERP, etc.) with Power Automate and PowerApps .
  • Robotic Process Automation (RPA)
  • Experience with Robotic Process Automation (RPA) tools and practices, automating manual, repetitive tasks and improving operational efficiency.
  • UI Automation
  • Ability to automate user interface tasks with UI Automation tools such as Power Automate Desktop or other RPA solutions.
  • PowerShell Scripting
  • PowerShell scripting experience for automating administrative tasks, managing systems, and integrating with Power Automate or other Microsoft services.
  • Technical Documentation
  • Experience in producing clear and comprehensive technical documentation , including workflows, user guides, system requirements, and process improvements.

  • Experience with change management processes in the context of introducing automation and new technologies within an organization.
