Salary Structure / Pay Structure : $4000 monthly base salary plus commission on gross recoveries beyond the monthly break.
We offer six-figure earning potential to all of our collections staff.
Work hours / Heures de travail Horaires : Lundi Jeudi de 8h30-18h et Vendredi de 8h30-16h, Pas de week-end !

Responsabilités :
- Recouvrement des comptes en discutant de la situation avec le client ;
- l’élaboration de solutions ;
- l’obtention des paiements, le maintien des paiements en tenant compte des transactions et en surveillant les paiements ;
- assurer le suivi des paiements pour obtenir les donnees exactes des paiements ;
Assurer la tentative de localisation de nouvelles données des clients
Required Skills :
Keep a positive attitude and good behaviour on the phone
Attention to detail and meticulousness are a must
Previous experience in a call center or customer service department preferred
Strong communication skills with increased fluency in conversational English
