Base pay range

$75.00 / hr - $125.00 / hr

Position : Marriage and Family Therapists

Type : Hourly contract

Compensation : $75–$125 per hour

Location : Remote

Commitment : ~15 hours / week

Role Responsibilities

Design and review scenario-based questions grounded in marriage and family therapy practice.
Apply clinical expertise to evaluate accuracy, clarity, and therapeutic appropriateness of AI-generated responses.
Contribute domain knowledge to help train and assess advanced AI systems focused on behavioral health reasoning.
Review and refine prompts to ensure alignment with real-world therapeutic frameworks and ethical standards.
Collaborate with researchers to improve datasets, evaluations, and structured reasoning tasks.

Requirements

Strong experience practicing as a Marriage and Family Therapist.

Deep understanding of family systems, therapeutic interventions, and clinical decision-making.

Excellent written communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate therapeutic reasoning.

High attention to detail and strong professional judgment in sensitive clinical contexts.

Ability to work independently in a remote, asynchronous environment.
