About the Opportunity

Responsible for daily cash position monitoring, tracking of cash flows, sweep positions and liquidity needs

Cash management including daily cash variance analysis

Responsibility for near term cash forecasting and reporting

Payment preparation including setting up new wire templates and processing payments such as wires and internal transfers in the treasury management system, Kyriba, or online banking portals

Assist in coordinating foreign exchange settlements with banks

Prepare debt management reporting including credit facility drawdowns and repayments, borrowing base calculations, and various other reporting and ancillary credit facility activities

Assist in the preparation of quarterly compliance reporting due to lenders

Liaise with internal and external parties to manage incoming / outgoing cash flows, including deal fundings

Prepare distribution and capital call budgets

Assist with audit and SOC requests regarding Treasury matters

Assist with the implementation of technology initiatives

Collaborate with teams across the firm on new initiatives and process improvements

Contribute innovative ideas and actively participate in strategic initiatives and other projects

Help identify and implement solutions which improve efficiency and effectiveness through the simplification and automation of processes

About You

Professional accounting or finance designation (CPA, CFA, CTP).

2+ years of experience working in a Treasury and / or asset management operations function.

Experience in private equity or an asset management organization is considered an asset.

Experience using Excel Macros, SQL, VBA, Python Tableau and Kyriba is considered an asset.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Salary Range

$85,000 to $90,000 / year
