Location : Welland, Ontario

Reporting : This position reports to the Operations Manager and has 1-2 direct reports (Group Leaders).

Dimensions of Position :

• Ensure a personal and team goal of 100% Safety Audit Participation rate
• Reduces reject levels to less than 1.8% and increasing our operational efficiencies to 85%
• Drive down Customer Corrective Action Requests (CCARs)
• Achieve a 96% product On-Time Availability rate.
