Job Description

We are seeking a Front-End Migration Specialist with expertise in modern JavaScript frameworks and CSS technologies to lead the migration of legacy user interfaces. The ideal candidate will provide technical leadership, deliver scalable front-end solutions, and ensure responsive design principles across various devices. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and adherence to coding standards will be critical for successful project execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage migration of legacy user interfaces to modern JavaScript (React, Angular, Vue.js) and CSS frameworks , ensuring high-quality standards.
  • Collaborate with designers, backend developers, and product managers to define UI requirements and achieve seamless integration.
  • Provide technical leadership for JavaScript and CSS migration strategies, selecting optimal frameworks and tools.
  • Develop and implement reusable, scalable, and maintainable front-end solutions tailored to project needs.
  • Optimize UI components for performance, scalability , and cross-browser compatibility .
  • Oversee the implementation of responsive design principles , ensuring functionality across diverse devices and screen sizes.
  • Conduct code reviews , enforce coding standards, and mentor junior developers for continuous improvement.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve front-end issues during migration and post-deployment phases .
  • Collaborate with the QA team to define test cases and ensure thorough testing of UI components.
  • Provide regular updates and progress reports to management and stakeholders .
  • Stay updated on the latest front-end trends , frameworks, and tools, incorporating best practices into migration efforts.
  • Document architecture, migration processes, and technical specifications for UI components to ensure transparency and clarity.
