Job Description

The Senior Process Engineer will be the lead resource for workflow automation development for a key Financial Services client. This role will spearhead the implementation of workflow solutions, combining process standardization and automation. Responsibilities include the analysis, creation, design, and development of robotic solutions using authorized tools to optimize business processes. The role also involves providing support and maintenance for active automations delivered to the business. Key Responsibilities Primary Responsibility (50% of time)

  • Develop workflow automation, including coding, testing, and implementing automation using robotics, LLMs, and OCR technology, primarily on the UiPath platform.

Additional Responsibilities (30% of time)

  • Address incidents and changes related to deployed robots, ensuring compliance with the service levels defined by IT during the Warranty period.
  • Implement quality assurance (QA) tools in automation code to prevent and mitigate errors, ensuring high-quality automation processes.
  • Monitor and document the execution, behavior, and usability of automated processes.
  • Analyze performance and potential issues in active automations, generating performance and KPI reports to support the BPO team.
  • Produce documentation for automated process flows according to QA, Testing & Automation guidelines, and train business users on workflow automation configuration.

    • Additional Responsibilities (20% of time)

  • Mentor Business Process Engineers, internal departments, and leadership on best practices.
  • Collaborate with IT and Business departments to adopt automation across the organization.

    • Qualifications

  • Expertise in software development, testing, and implementation.
  • Knowledge of SAP integrations
  • 5 years min in financial Services / software development NO manufacturing experienc
  • UiPath min 3 years preferred
  • RPA (Robotic Process Automation) experience
  • Python coding technology experience.
  • UAT deployment experience.
  • LLM (Large language model) experience – Highly preferred
  • ML (Machine learning experience) Preferred.
  • Proficient in understanding and documenting workflows and process diagrams.
  • Developer certifications in RPA and UX / UI architecture are ideal.
  • Strong knowledge and experience in both agile and traditional project methodologies.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and conceptual thinking, with a strategic and creative approach.
  • Experience in integration, bringing people, processes, or systems together.
  • Ability to present technical details to collaborators from other business areas.
  • Performance-oriented mindset.
  • Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, MS Project).
  • Experience with MS Office 365 is a plus.
  • Strong programming skills and experience in software development.
  • Demonstrated experience in RPA application design and development.
  • Technical knowledge of automation tools : UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, WorkFusion, WinAutomation, among others.
  • High experience in developing robots using UiPath.
  • Experience with databases (SQL or NoSQL).
  • 2-3 years of experience in process modeling / mapping.
  • 2-3 years of experience in programming languages such as C / C++, Python, VB Script, Ruby, Java, JS, .Net.
