Job Title: Bilingual Accounts Receivable Analyst

Accountivity is currently hiring a Bilingual Accounts ReceivableAnalyst to support a fast-paced organization in Toronto on a temporary basis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform reconciliations, including credits and debits
• Analyze financial data, identify discrepancies, and investigate issues
• Work closely with Sales, Accounting, and other internal departments
• Communicate daily with independent Quebec operations in French
• Request, review, and validate invoices, proof of delivery, and supporting documentation
• Manage high-volume tasks in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications:

• Accounting or finance background with strong analytical skills
• + year of hands-on financial analysis or AR experience
• Solid knowledge of GL reconciliations, credits, and debits
• Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs)
• Comfortable working in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
• Oracle experience is a strong asset
• Self-starter, proactive, and detail-oriented
• French working proficiency is required
