Babysitter wanted for childcare in Laurel

Hello, we are a very busy family. My work schedule varies from week to week. Some later evenings. Some Saturdays. Our kids are fun, love the outdoors, fairly independent, and energetic. Right now we have one 4 year old girl and come mid summer we will have a 9 year old boy as well. We have a 15 year old but he is not home several days of the week due to football. We need someone who is fairly flexible, can drive as we are in the country. An occasional trip to a park would be a real treat for the kids.
