Our mission is to offer the best prices, accurate information, and expert guidance to every customer.

About the Role:
We are seeking full-time Precious Metals Analyst to join our growing team in Montreal. This is an in-person role where youll interact with customers buying or selling gold and other precious metals. We provide full in-store customer service training to set you up for success.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional customer service in person and over the phone
• Accurately assess customers precious metals using the tools and processes provided
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment
• Participate in additional projects and tasks as assigned

• Comfort with computers and basic math

Compensation:

• Hourly rate: $20$22/hour (based on experience and qualifications)

Experience:

• Customer service experience: 1 year minimum
