Responsibilities
- Manage the coordination of repair mandates from start to end, ensuring that client expectations are met.
- Issue return authorizations and contact customers if a repair is received without paperwork.
- Ensure repairs are entered in all systems and transfer customers’ expectations to the supplier with a specific request date for evaluation.
- Follow up if an item is delayed by an unforeseen hurdle.
- Work with the sales team to ensure the quote is a win‑win for Laurentide and the customer, while maximizing profitability.
Qualifications
Minimum 3 years experience in administration and / or customer service.Previous experience working in a technical environment is an asset.DEC in administration is an asset.Communication skills, written and verbal, in French.English written and verbal communication skills are an asset.Adept at learning and adapting to new technologies.Ability to work in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.Good ability to manage pressure and stress.Ability to develop strong relationships with both internal and external customers.Demonstrated ability to handle customer requests and problem solve.Highly organized individual with strong attention to detail.Ability to work harmoniously in a team as well as autonomously.Work Location
