Responsibilities

• Manage the coordination of repair mandates from start to end, ensuring that client expectations are met.
• Issue return authorizations and contact customers if a repair is received without paperwork.
• Ensure repairs are entered in all systems and transfer customers’ expectations to the supplier with a specific request date for evaluation.
• Follow up if an item is delayed by an unforeseen hurdle.
• Work with the sales team to ensure the quote is a win‑win for Laurentide and the customer, while maximizing profitability.
