Farm Supervisor

Nirvair & Litt Farm Ltd. Located at 39330 / 39452 S Parallel Rd, Abbotsford, BC V3G 2T4 and 41575 No 4 Rd, Chilliwack, BC V2R 0M7, is looking for 1 Farm Supervisor. This is a year-round position.

Duties

• Check and monitor for pests such as worms, caterpillars, snails, etc.
• Coordinate and supervise the farm operation.
• Train farm workers to perform specific tasks
• Prepare reports and weigh the fruit to be sold
• Check irrigation lines, schedule tasks to be performed depending on the season.
• Identify poorly drained areas
• Ability to take the necessary steps to improve the efficiency of the farm operation.
• May perform the same duties as workers supervised.
