Job Overview :

The Part-Time Office and Customer Service Assistant will play a key role in servicing walk-ins and online e-commerce orders, manage administrative tasks, support events and production activities, and occasionally assisting in warehouse operations. This position is ideal for a proactive, organized individual who enjoys working in a dynamic environment, particularly in the clothing and sporting business.

Key Responsibilities :

Walk-In Customer Service : Assist walk-in customers with inquiries, fitting, and order processing.

E-Commerce Orders : Process & Manage Online e-commerce Orders

Order Processing : Complete order forms, perform data entry, and finalize consumer orders accurately.

Office Tasks : Perform general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and maintaining office organization.

Event Assistance : Provide occasional support during events, including setup, coordination, and customer engagement.

Printing and Production : Handle basic printing tasks and assist in production processes as needed.

Qualifications :

College diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification is a plus.

  • Previous retail experience is required, ideally in the apparel industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-service-friendly and social approach in both English and French
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Willingness to take on a variety of tasks and adapt to shifting priorities.

Working Hours :

Around 20-24 hours per week (Offices are open Monday-Friday 8 : 30-17 : 00)
