• Working closely with development and operations teams to streamline workflows and ensure smooth transitions from development to deployment.
• Applying best practices for system hardening and configuration management to protect sensitive data.
• Managing teams, fostering collaboration, and ensuring adherence to industry standards.
• Lead the migration of systems and applications to Swift standards, including ISO 20022 or other relevant protocols.
• Analyze existing systems and identify areas for improvement or compliance with Swift requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and migration processes.
• Develop and implement migration strategies, including testing and validation plans.
• Provide technical expertise on Swift messaging protocols (e.g., MT, MX, ISO 20022).
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues during the migration process.
• Document processes, configurations, and best practices for future reference.
