职位:组织人才发展主管(Maternity Cover Contract - 12 Months Fixed Term)
工作职责:
1 主导全组织绩效管理闭环(目标设定→过程追踪→结果应用);输出组织效能月报和,季报,含各BU绩效健康度诊断
2 人才基建: 主导关键人才项目,员工敬业度项目,晋升晋级项目;公司培训项目-新人培训,合规培训,案例分享培训,等。
3文化运营: 季度广场会,年度高管共创会,主编饭米粒内刊,内部用户体验项目等。

2有文化,组织和人才发展经验三年以上;
3 能快速理解业务逻辑;
4 具体服务者心态,有温度
5 有美签(能接受短期,低频次的出差)
Job Title: Organization & Talent Development (OTD) Supervisor(Maternity Cover Contract - 12 Months Fixed Term)
Key Responsibilities:
1. Performance Management- Lead end-to-end performance management (goal setting → progress tracking → result application)- Deliver monthly/quarterly Organizational Effectiveness Reports, including BU performance health diagnostics
2. Talent Infrastructure- Key talent programs: High-potential identification, succession planning, leadership pipeline- Employee growth initiatives: Promotion frameworks, engagement programs- Training execution: Onboarding, compliance training, case study workshops
3. Culture Operations- Organize quarterly town halls & annual leadership strategy sessions- Lead internal culture publication (Rice Grains)- Drive employee experience improvement projects
Requirements:
1. Mandatory- Fluent in Chinese and English(reading/writing)-
2. 3+ years in culture/organization/talent development
3.Valid US visa (for occasional short-term travel)
4. Core Competencies- Strong business acumen (quickly grasps operational logic)- Service mindset – warm, people-centric approach
