The Position

We’re excited to welcome an IT Summer Student to our team for a term position. In this role, you will provide technical support and assist with system administration tasks while working closely with the IT team. This position offers hands-on experience in IT support, system maintenance, and process improvement initiatives.

• Monitor IT support inquiries and assist in troubleshooting technical issues and system outages
• Assist with managing user accounts and system access for various systems (e.g., Microsoft Outlook, Office 365, web applications)
• Support the IT team in building and maintaining technical documentation, procedures, and IT policies
• Participate in system upgrades and software development projects as required
• Identify and research system functionality for process improvement initiatives
• Support the IT team with technical inquiries and ad hoc IT-related requests as needed
