Job description

Our Toronto based client is seeking a Oracle Program Manager to join their project on a full time permanent basis. This will be a fully remote work setting and candidates can be based anywhere in North America, however, a strong preference will be for candidates located in Toronto. The client will also be open to candidates in Utah and or North Carolina as a secondary option.

  • The ideal PM or Program Manager must have in the last 5-6 years experience leading projects that involved  Oracle  Customer Care Billing and Meter to Cash.
  • The candidate must have delivered projects that were driven by M&A which means companies that were recently acquired.
  • Proven experience with Oracle Customer Care Billing (OCCB) and Meter to Cash within the last 5 years.
  • Migrating applications during an M&A is different than a normal engagement.
  • Demonstrated experience managing M&A projects.
  • Experience running projects serving over 3 million customers.
  • Proven track record of managing projects with budgets less than $20 million.
  • Gas and Utilities is nice to have.
  • Lead and coordinate all project tracks, ensuring alignment and integration across Utah, Charlotte, and Ohio initiatives.
  • Supervise a diverse team of 35+ members, providing guidance and support to Project Managers and consultants.
  • Oversee large-scale projects, ensuring successful execution within scope, timeline, and budget.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Manage projects with budgets of less than $20 million and ensure effective resource allocation.
  • Direct M&A initiatives related to Oracle systems, ensuring seamless integration and transition processes.
  • Track project performance metrics and provide regular updates to stakeholders and leadership
