Your role in a nutshell
We are seeking a detail-oriented Supply Chain Analyst to join our growing Supply Chain / Operations team. Reporting to the Manager, Supply Chain / Operations, the successful candidate will oversee the order management process, which includes replenishment analysis, order capture, order maintenance and order fulfilment. This role is key to providing accurate on time delivery performance as outlined by our 3PL Service Level Agreements (SLAs), along with our commitment to the omni-channel partners across the business. This position is hybrid, with three days in office per week, with occasional weekend work, (Sat / Sun) required to ensure timely communication to retail store teams.
Key Responsibilities
Replenishment and Allocation - Owned Channels
- Maintain key metrics in store replenishment system e.g. P.Q. min / max, replenishment frequency and fixture details in order to hit agreed in-store availability targets
- Maintain and update store assortment profiles and store P.Q.s in store replenishment system
- Add promotional and calendar uplifts to store replenishment systems needed to ensure inventory is available on shelf to support forecasted sales
- Determine and process store allocation quantities for lines not on auto replenishment
- Liaise with the retail help desk to support the resolution of any store inventory related issues
- Responsible for the maintenance of all P / S article status changes and SKU substitutions within ERP system
- Validate label approval process for necessary products
Order Management
Management of order processing for all company owned channels (stores + Ecommerce), and Emerging Wholesale partnersIntroduce regulated schedules to assign workload within the confines of working patterns and operational capacity, meeting retail / customers schedule demandsCross reference allocation against STOs and escalate any discrepanciesLiaise with the Supply Chain team(s) on availability and product flow and manage constraints in supply locallySAP delivery creation, and virtual pick, pack, and post goods issueSAP stock adjustments (inbound shipment discrepancies, overages / shortages, damages)Utilizing wholesale partner interfaces, ensure efficient order processingOccasional weekend work is required to ensure timely communication to store teams3PL & Distribution Centre Functions
Raise inbound advanced shipping notifications prior to shipments arriving at the 3PLRaise pick tickets / orders for 3PL to processInventory alignment (pick exceptions / stock adjustmentsProcess shipment discrepanciesEnsure our 3PL processes orders in a timely manner and monitor weekly SLAsLiaise between 3PL transportation team and retail to ensure on time delivery of shipments and communicate issues that may affect delivery performanceOther Responsibilities
