You will work with multicultural teams to drive product roadmaps, ensuring scalable, innovative Workday solutions that align with strategic goals. You will champion process improvements and deliver measurable business value.

This role is based out of our North Vancouver office and is open to hybrid remote work. Candidates must be eligible to work in Canada.

Meet Your Future Team

The Corporate Services Technology team is a dynamic group of technical experts and business specialists who align systems like Workday that support ARC’TERYX’s global P&C operations. We define business cases, prioritize projects, map dependencies and deliver solutions that advance our technology roadmap. From P&C to Payroll to Legal, we empower the organization with robust, innovative tools.

If you were the Workday Product Manager now, here are some of the core activities you would be doing:

  • Driving the Workday product lifecycle, from requirements gathering, implementation, to launch and ongoing optimization and re-evaluation
  • Leading the gathering and prioritizing of business requirements from P&C, Finance, and Technology stakeholders
  • Developing functional design specifications and guiding architectural decisions for Workday modules
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality delivery aligned with business goals
  • Championing Workday stakeholder and user community within the technology team
  • Overseeing integrations, automation, and API standards, ensuring performance, security, and reliability
  • Conducting market research to identify opportunities and drive innovative Workday features, and keeping the business up-to-date by presenting these opportunities to the stakeholders and user community
  • Managing technical risks, developing mitigation strategies, and evaluating third-party vendors
  • Supporting agile teams, fostering collaboration to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions

Here are some of the things you could be working on in the future:

  • Shaping the Workday roadmap to align with evolving business priorities
  • Leading cross-functional initiatives for Workday enhancements and system integrations
  • Solving complex P&C and Finance challenges through innovative Workday configurations
  • Automating processes to streamline operations and boost efficiency
  • Collaborating on multicultural projects, enhancing accessibility for global stakeholders

Are you our next Workday Product Manager?

  • You have a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field
  • You bring 5+ years of product management experience, with 2+ years focused on Workday configuration
  • You have experience with Workday integrations (EIB, Workday Studio) and API standards
  • You have strong knowledge of agile methodologies, ideally using Jira for task tracking
  • You have the proven ability to foster inclusive, multicultural collaboration across global teams
  • You have expert knowledge of Workday modules (HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Absence) and platform update
  • You are skilled in project leadership, managing cross-functional teams, timelines and deliverables.
  • You possess strong communication skills and can simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences
  • You are analytical, detail-oriented, and focused on user experience and business value
  • You are adaptable, thriving in both independent and collaborative, team-oriented settings
  • You have a continuous improvement mindset, eager to innovate and drive growth
