They are currently looking for a US Immigration Lawyer with 3+ years of experience to join their busy practice! This is a full-time, permanent, and fully remote position.

The ideal candidate must have experience with :

• Inadmissibility and waivers
• Spousal and Family Sponsorship (K1 visa, I-130 Petition for Alien Relative, )
• Work permits (TN visa, L-1, H-1B, O and P visa)
• EB1 and EB2 visas (EB 5 would good, but not required)
• Student Visas (F and M)
• Visitor and Business visitor visas
