As a Jurisdictional Leader in Rocky View Schools you will support the principal to :

• Demonstrate an in‑depth knowledge of curriculum and assessment practices

• Work collaboratively to build meaningful relationships between home, school, and community
• Build an environment where learners have an active role and voice
• Demonstrate instructional leadership
• Demonstrate consistent use of research‑informed pedagogy and leadership practices
• Create a safe and caring learning environment in which learners are challenged, engaged, supported, and successful
• Model personal commitment to learning while fostering a culture of reflection, self‑awareness, and growth
• Facilitate and promote the development of leadership capacity in others
• Demonstrate effective management strategies
• Facilitate school‑wide opportunities for students to explore, engage, and experience career learning
