About the Centre

The Centre for Curriculum Development at IIIDEM works with other Centres and Schools of IIIDEM to design, develop, and standardize curriculum and training material for various programs. Its primary goal is to produce world‑class training modules, learning aids, and resource materials for both national and international stakeholders involved in election management.

The Centre plays a foundational role in ensuring that IIIDEM’s training and academic offerings are pedagogically sound, globally benchmarked, and tailored to enhance the professional competence of electoral officials and stakeholders.

Position : Curriculum Content Developer

Number of Posts : 2

Minimum Qualification : Postgraduate from a recognized university.

Minimum Experience : Minimum 5 years of experience in the field of training, education, learning and development.

Salary : Rs. 57,500 per month with an annual increment of 10%, subject to satisfactory performance.

Job Description

The Curriculum Content Developer will support the Centre for Curriculum Development in collaboration with various centres and schools of IIIDEM in designing, developing, reviewing, and publishing high‑quality training curriculum and training material and learning aids for various programs.

Job Responsibilities

• Support in Curriculum development for various training programs – Support Centres for National training and International Training in development of curriculum and training material including modules, handbooks, and learning aids, including audio‑visual content for various programs in electoral training and capacity building activities.
• Support in Curriculum Development for Academic Programmes – Support design and development of curriculum for various academic programmes for various Schools for academic programmes in IIIDEM.
• Review and Revisit Content – Periodically review and revise existing modules, learning aids, and training films to ensure relevance, accuracy, and standardisation.
• Designing and Publication – Support the designing and publishing of course material, manuals, and research documents developed by various centres of IIIDEM.
