What you'll be doing

We’re hiring a Senior / Lead Product Manager to work on the foundational systems that power how money moves : from payment rails and card processing to credit risk infrastructure. You’ll work deep in the stack to ensure our platform is scalable, secure, and flexible enough to support the next generation of financial products. This role is about more than managing a roadmap : it’s about figuring out what we should build, why it matters, and how to make it real. You’ll work closely with a tight-knit team of designers and engineers to solve real problems for millions of Canadians. That might mean shaping long-term strategy, getting scrappy with prototypes, running experiments, digging through data, or jumping on calls with customers. You’ll be expected to think big, sweat the details, and help your team move fast in the right direction. Neo is growing quickly, and that means this role won’t stay static. You'll likely be building some products from scratch, scaling others, and adapting into new domains as priorities shift.
