• Ensure shift support teams are fully qualified to maintain production requirements
• Review monthly performance metrics and implement performance management actions
• Implement and maintain the work order system and electronic maintenance management system
• Purchase maintenance supplies and obtain quotations for facility / equipment repairs or improvements
• Provide input into equipment maintenance, repair, and purchase decisions
• Support engineering projects with technical expertise
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
• Adhere to Johnson Electric’s policies, safety, and environmental practices
• Ensure compliance with IATF 16949, ISO 14001, and the Quality Management System
• Perform other duties as assigned## What We’re Looking For :
• Minimum of 5 years’ supervisory experience, preferably in the automotive industry
• Skilled Tradesperson (Millwright, Machinist, or Electrician certification preferred)
• Technologist or Engineering post-secondary education and relevant experience will be considered
• Experience with metal forming, pressing, machining, and automation equipment
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Experience with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System)
• Computer literacy across multiple applications
• Excellent leadership, team building, motivational, and problem-solving skills
• Strong written and verbal communication at all organizational levels
• High integrity, dependability, and results orientation## Bonus Points If You Have :
• Proven experience managing external contractors for facility and equipment projects
