About the Role

Wuxly is seeking a Pattern Maker & Product Developer to join our Design and Product Development team. This role is responsible for translating design concepts into well-fitting, production-ready garments through strong pattern development, grading, fittings, and technical accuracy.

You will collaborate closely with design, product development, sourcing, and the sample room throughout the full product lifecycle, contributing to both technical problem-solving and creative execution. This role is well-suited to someone who enjoys working across multiple stages of development and values collaboration in a fast-moving environment.

Key Responsibilities

Pattern Development & Fit

• Create, develop, and refine patterns from design concept through production
• Lead pattern grading and ensure size consistency across styles
• Prepare and manage markers, with strong attention to fabric efficiency and optimization
• Work confidently in Gerber and PAD for pattern and marker development
• Lead and support fitting sessions, making clear pattern and construction adjustments
