Our client, a leading organization in the health information sector, is seeking a Business Analyst - Health Information Analyst to join their team. As a Business Analyst - Health Information Analyst, you will be part of the Health Information Department supporting critical health information solutions. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully within the organization.
Job Title: Business Analyst - Health Information Analyst
Location: On-site in Ottawa, ON.
Must have Canadian Federal Government Security Clearance – Enhanced Reliability Status or higher.
What's the Job?
- Assess and evaluate health information solutions to ensure compliance with Canadian Federal and Provincial legislation.
- Document and analyze business requirements for health information systems, including requirements identification, development, and analysis.
- Evaluate the impact of health information systems on business and IT operations, providing detailed documentation and recommendations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the implementation and improvement of health information solutions.
- Maintain security clearances and meet all necessary security and reliability standards for federal government projects.
What's Needed?
- Minimum of 60 months of demonstrated experience in IM/IT, specifically in a business analyst role for health information solutions.
- At least 12 months of experience assessing health information solutions for compliance with Canadian legislation.
- Proven experience documenting business requirements, including requirements identification, development, and analysis.
- Experience evaluating and documenting Business and IT impacts for health information systems on projects.
- Canadian Federal Government Security Clearance – Enhanced Reliability Status or higher.
