Manage and organize virtual calendars, ensuring all appointments and meetings are scheduled and updated accordinglyCoordinate and schedule virtual meetings, including sending out calendar invites and necessary materialsAssist with the preparation and organization of virtual documents and presentationsHandle and filter incoming emails, responding or forwarding to the appropriate individuals as requiredConduct online research on various topics and provide summarized findings to support decision-makingMaintain and update online databases and spreadsheets, ensuring accuracy and completeness of informationProvide general administrative support, such as drafting correspondence, proofreading documents, and organizing virtual files
