Location : Fully Remote or Hybrid, attached to clinic in Dartmouth, NS.

Salaried and fee-for-service options for part-time and full-time roles.

You will find purpose in this role by :

• Engaging in psychological (diagnostic) assessments to identify diagnoses, level of distress, and functional impairment and recommend treatment.
• Providing psychological treatment for complex conditions such as anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use, and concurrent disorders.
• Working autonomously to provide 1 : 1 psychological services while integrating with interdisciplinary mental health teams.
• Providing supervision to other psychologists and psychotherapists as appropriate.
• Consulting with other team members and management on clinical cases or practice dilemmas.
• Leveraging novel approaches to mental health service delivery, including adjunct digital therapeutics.
• Bringing unique assessment competencies to a range of applications, from pre-employment suitability assessments for high-risk occupations to diagnostic assessments guiding treatment and psychosocial resource building.
• Consulting with other mental health service team members and clinical interdisciplinary teams.
• Contributing to in-house training sessions and interdisciplinary case discussions.
