Job Title : Account Manager

Location : Remote (EST Time Zones)

Work Schedule : Monday to Friday 9 : 00 AM and 5 : 00 PM (EST)

Position Overview :

The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with exceptional communication skills (both oral and written) and a proven track record in sales and written cold outbound. You should be able to engage and build rapport with CEOs and Csuite executives driving sales efforts and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention. Your role will involve evaluating clients core offers developing tailored gotomarket strategies and leading campaigns from conception through execution which includes maintaining open lines of communication and generating / providing progress reports on a monthly basis.

Responsibilities :

  • Onboard and conduct video kickoff calls with Founders CEOs and CMOs to initiate successful campaigns.
  • Develop and present tailored gotomarket strategies by evaluating clients core offers and value propositions.
  • Coordinate directly with clients and Cold Email Specialists to lead effective leadgenerating campaigns.
  • Ensure client satisfaction and retention by building and maintaining strong relationships including (but not limited to) reporting on progress.
  • Act as the main point of contact communicating proactively via email and video calls to address questions and discuss new strategies.

Job Qualifications & Skill Sets :

  • SDR / BDR / sales experience
  • Excellent copy writing and editing skills (for cold emailing / cold outbound outreach)
  • Campaign auditing skills (evaluating success via metrics strategy and targeting)
  • Background in an agency or management consulting setting is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with cold email lead generation and sales prospecting.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage and build rapport with CEOs and Csuite executives.
  • Mastery of English with minimal accent to establish trust and represent clients companies professionally.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Resultsdriven highly analytical and detailoriented.
  • Adaptable and flexible to changing client needs.
  • Knowledge of cold email best practices and benchmarks.
