Production Manager

Breakaway Executive Search is currently hiring an experienced Production Manager to oversee daily operations for a landscaping/construction/lawn maintenance company. Salary: $85,000-110,000/year based on experience Location: Milton, ON Responsibilities: - Plan and schedule crews, equipment, and materials - Oversee project execution and ensure timelines, quality, and budget targets are met - Conduct site visits and resolve on-site issues - Lead, coach, and support crew leaders and field staff - Enforce safety standards and maintain WSIB compliance - Communicate with clients and internal teams on project status - Track labour, materials, and job costs - Other duties as required Qualifications: - Strong experience in a Production Manager or similar role - Strong experience within the landscaping/construction/maintenance industry - Excellent leadership skills - Strong organizational and communication skills - Safety training/certifications preferred If this sounds like you, please apply today!
