We’re looking for a GTM Engineer who sits at the intersection of growth, automation, and systems architecture—someone who loves building, optimizing, and scaling outbound engines using data, workflows, and automation.
Role Overview
As a GTM Engineer , you will architect, automate, and optimize the systems that power our sales and outbound motions. This role is equal parts technical, operational, and growth-focused. You’ll design scalable workflows, manage our HubSpot environment, operationalize LinkedIn and intent data signals, and create automated processes that enable the team to run high-volume, high-precision outbound.
You will work closely with Founders, Growth, Sales, and Product to build a world-class GTM infrastructure.
What You’ll Own
- Build and manage high-volume outbound workflows across channels (email, LinkedIn, voice, ads, direct mail, etc.)
- Implement and optimize sequencing logic, routing rules, enrichment steps, and follow-up cadences.
- Ensure deliverability, contact governance, and pipeline hygiene.
HubSpot Data and Automation
Own HubSpot CRM, workflows, lists, scoring, and automation.Build lifecycle stages, custom properties, and reporting dashboards.Implement advanced automation for routing, qualification, and outbound triggers.Ensure integration health and data accuracy across the GTM stack.Intent Data and Signalling
Operationalize LinkedIn signals, data intent platforms, and behavioral triggers.Build automated workflows that activate outbound based on :
buying-stage signalswebsite behaviorproduct usage patternsDefine rules for prioritizing, ranking, and segmenting leads.Content and Channel Optimization
Build automated content personalization workflows (email, sequences, snippets, landing pages, social).
Automate generation and distribution of outbound content across multiple channels.Work with Marketing to systematize content reuse and performance insights.Internal Systems Engineering
Create cross-tool integrations and workflow automations using APIs and no-code / low-code tools (Zapier, Make, internal apps).Build internal dashboards and tooling for SDRs, AEs, Marketing, and Leadership.Maintain system reliability, documentation, and operational excellence.Ideal Candidate
2–5+ years in RevOps, Growth Engineering, Sales Engineering, GTM systems roles.Deep experience with HubSpot , including workflow automation and complex systems configuration.Strong technical skills : workflow automation, APIs, low-code tools, data workflows.Track record of building high-volume outbound engines .Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator signals, intent data providers , and enrichment platforms.Comfort designing cross-system integrations and optimizing GTM funnels.Builder mindset—bias toward automation and rapid iteration.Excellent communicator who partners well with Sales and Marketing stakeholders.Why Join Us?
