Security Guard - Community Safety Newton BIA Weekends

We are recruiting for a Security Officer to work with local businesses and community at the Newton BIA area in Surrey

Shift times :  Saturdays and Sundays, 0800 - 1600

Payrate : $24 / hr

Some of your responsibilities will include :

• Assisting the RCMP as a visible community presence to promote safety and security
• Working with local businesses and community members to ensure save environment
• Observe and report any unusual activity
• Taking detailed notes to investigate incidents promptly and accurately
• Establishing positive relationships with transit police, business owners, and community members
• Engaging with the public and responding to their concerns and inquiries
