Production Assistant

As Production Assistant youll use your skills to support your team with all day-to-day production tasks; from note taking rounds data ingest client deliveries to task tracking and setting up review sessions. Youll be a go to person for the Production Coordinators and Production Managers to assist in organising communicating and delivering incredible VFX shots.

Key skills

• Highly organized and proactive
• Exceptional communication skills both external and internal
• Understand deadlines and can work with production team in prioritizing time sensitive material
• Has ad good working knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Office. Any experience with Shotgrid or other scheduling software is a bonus
