We're seeking an experienced HR Manager to drive our HR functions and foster a positive work environment.

Location : Blenheim, Ontario, Canada

Responsibilities :

• Develop HR strategies aligned with business goals
• Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations
• Administer benefits programs and ensure compliance
• Coordinate training and development initiatives
• Maintain HR records and ensure legal compliance
• Cultivate a diverse and inclusive work culture
• Collaborate with management on HR challenges
• Experience in managing union relations and negotiations

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field (Master's preferred)
• 2+ years of Payroll Experience
• 5+ years of progressive HR experience in manufacturing, including union environments
• Strong knowledge of employment laws
• Skilled in recruitment, employee relations, and benefits
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
