Our client is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Sales Associate to join their team in a full-time, on-site role. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career who wants to break into sales and learn the manufacturing industry from the ground up.

This position offers hands-on mentorship from senior sales professionals, exposure to clients and suppliers, and the chance to participate in factory visits and industry events. The role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, is curious about how products are made, and wants to grow into a long-term sales career.

The ideal candidate is fluent in Mandarin and English, organized, confident, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Learn and develop a strong foundational understanding of products within the manufacturing industry.

Support senior sales team members with developing and maintaining customer relationships.

Assist with identifying and following up on new business opportunities and qualified sales leads.

Participate in client meetings, factory visits, and industry trade shows (including travel opportunities).

Prepare sales reports, quotations, presentations, and other sales documentation.

Handle day-to-day administrative and sales support tasks to keep the team running smoothly.

Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to support sales strategies.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate communication and strong customer experience.

Qualifications

Fluent in Mandarin and English (written and verbal).

Legally eligible to work in Canada.

Interest in sales and a desire to build a long-term career in the industry.

Willingness to travel within Canada, the U.S., and internationally when needed.

Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.

Organized, proactive, and comfortable juggling multiple tasks.

Eagerness to learn, take initiative, and grow with the team.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
