Job description

What you will be doing :

  • Preparation of invoices
  • Analysis and preparation for billing of accounts
  • Maintenance of guest ledger
  • Accuracy and maintenance of Accounts Receivable filing system
  • Cash and sales reconciliation
  • Other duties supporting the finance team
  • Hourly rate $26.72

Qualifications :

Your experience and skills include :

  • A minimum of two years recent (in the last five years) combined experience in Accounting and / or Front Office in a hotel of comparable size and level of guest service
  • Impeccable grooming and presentation
  • Completely fluent English language skills; both written and verbal
  • Demonstrated a high level of responsibility and commitment
  • A clear precise polite and helpful telephone manner
  • Excellent organizational skills and high attention to detail
  • A team player with proven success in relationship building
  • Commitment to provide excellent service and exceed guests expectations
  • Proficiency of Property Manager MS Word Excel and Outlook required
  • Must be recommended on the Heart of the House SRI
