What you will be doing :
- Preparation of invoices
- Analysis and preparation for billing of accounts
- Maintenance of guest ledger
- Accuracy and maintenance of Accounts Receivable filing system
- Cash and sales reconciliation
- Other duties supporting the finance team
- Hourly rate $26.72
Qualifications :
Your experience and skills include :
A minimum of two years recent (in the last five years) combined experience in Accounting and / or Front Office in a hotel of comparable size and level of guest serviceImpeccable grooming and presentationCompletely fluent English language skills; both written and verbalDemonstrated a high level of responsibility and commitmentA clear precise polite and helpful telephone mannerExcellent organizational skills and high attention to detailA team player with proven success in relationship buildingCommitment to provide excellent service and exceed guests expectationsProficiency of Property Manager MS Word Excel and Outlook requiredMust be recommended on the Heart of the House SRIRemote Work : Employment Type :
