Responsibilities

In this Human Resources Coordinator role in Longueuil, your responsibilities will include :

  • Documenting compliance with Law 90 and preparing the annual report.
  • Coordinating programs : registrations, invitations, follow-ups, and employee feedback.
  • Overseeing training requests : approvals, reimbursements, and issue resolution.
  • Monitoring key performance indicators related to the programs.
  • Assisting with budget tracking and creating purchase orders (PO).
  • Qualifications
