Employ a compassionate approach to handle sensitive topics, offering empathetic guidance and actionable solutions.
Demonstrate a high level of professionalism, empathy, and ethical conduct during all interactions.
Excel in client acquisition and retention, with a focus on converting prospects into loyal clients.

Requirements

Requirements :

Minimum age of 25 years.

Proven track record in sales or client conversion.

Exceptional communication skills, with an ability to actively listen and respond effectively.

An empathetic, open-minded, and non-judgmental approach, suitable for a diverse clientele.

Proficiency in conducting sessions via text, voice, and video calls.

Coaching certification or relevant qualifications are preferred, though extensive field experience can substitute formal credentials.

Previous experience in varied coaching domains is a significant advantage.
