Overview

CNC Machinist - Day Shift

BD Diesel Performance is a fast-paced, production-oriented machine shop with opportunities for growth. We ship our product all over North America and are recognized as a premier brand that supports the diesel truck aftermarket. We are expanding and have room for an experienced Machinist or Operator to join our team.

Our current focus is on the Day Shift : Monday – Friday, 6 : 00 AM – 2 : 30 PM.

As a member of the CNC Team, you will :

Work as part of a small team to deliver demand-driven value to customers

Read and interpret drawings as required to safely and efficiently operate CNC equipment

Maintain quality while meeting or exceeding production targets

Inspect parts using precision measuring equipment

Perform routine maintenance on modern CNC equipment

Participate in continuous improvement activities

Qualifications

CNC Machining Experience : CNC Vertical, Horizontal Milling and / or CNC Lathe – minimum 5 years of experience

Strong communication skills, written and verbal

Knowledge of G Code

Mechanical aptitude and solid knowledge of machine tooling

Above-average problem-solving skills

Positive personality and able to deliver results with minimal supervision

Willingness to learn and improve skills
