Writer/Journalist Program – The Borgen Project

The Borgen Project is a national campaign working to make poverty a focus of U.S., Canadian, and U.K. foreign policy. This part‑time, unpaid, remote program provides an opportunity to create content for BORGEN Magazine or The Borgen Project Blog.

Responsibilities

• Article writing.
• Researching topics.
• Assisting with The Borgen Project's advocacy efforts.
• Assisting with fundraising – create a personal fundraising campaign and meet targets.

Qualifications

No prior experience is necessary. We’re looking for people who are passionate about fighting poverty and righting wrongs, regardless of GPA or background.

Details

• Unpaid program (college credit available).
• 12 hours per week, 12 week commitment. If your availability is limited, you can complete the program in fewer weeks.
• Program starts every month; you choose the start month.
• Remote program.
