Do you want to put your scientific rigor to work in the world of creation? As a Formulator, you'll take part in the development of cosmetic and personal care products by contributing to formula improvement and the creation of new ideas. Your role : to turn our clients’ needs into concrete, innovative, and high-performing solutions, helping to strengthen our position as a key partner in their formulation projects.

An overview of your new position

• Research raw materials and suggest alternatives
• Participate in the adjustment and preparation of lab batches
• Conduct tests to evaluate formula stability and performance
• Perform pilot trials and provide support during production, in collaboration with the R&D team
• Contribute to formula updates prior to production transfer
• Document your observations and update technical documentation
• Ensure the accuracy and consistency of data entered into systems (formulas, specifications, etc.)
