You should be comfortable with tasks that involve both hands-on assembly and careful measurement, including sub-assembly fabrication, cable harness assembly, crimping and soldering, equipment racking, part alignment using jigs and fixtures, and working with adhesives, chemicals, and encapsulating compounds.The role requires the ability to read and work from drawings, bills of materials, assembly instructions, and wiring diagrams, while monitoring and verifying quality, documenting issues, and supporting continuous improvement efforts. Strong written and verbal communication skills are important for collaborating with a variety of stakeholders.Physical requirements include the ability to sit, stand, lift, and maintain full visual acuity.
