Velocity Truck Centre Canada, formally known as First Truck Centre, has an exciting opening for two Service Advisors at our Lloydminster Alberta branch.

Primary Job Functions
- Greet customers, book appointments, write up work orders, and schedule repairs.
- Create estimates.
- Creating and maintaining invoices.
- Sell repairs and services recommended by the technician.
- Follow up with customers and keep them updated.
- Explain all work performed and charges to the customer.
Qualifications
- Great customer service both in person and over the phone,
- Exceptional communication skills both verbally and in writing.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks at once.
- Confidence using computer systems, writing reports, and using scheduling tools.
- Self-starter and able to work in a fast-paced, detailed, and process-driven environment.
- Previous experience in the automotive or trucking industry is an asset.
- Minimum of a High School diploma is required
