Job description

Arobas Personnel is looking a Full-Stack Developer - Python / React for a permanent position with one of our clients located in Montreal.

100% on site in Montreal

What will your day look like?

Analyze business needs and translate them into technical requirements.

Maintain and enhance existing tools (support and development) while adhering to CACIB standards (CI / CD, Unit Testing).

Contribute to the development of web applications using React , Python , ELK Stack , and SQL .

Collaborate within an Agile team and work closely with product owners.

Build and maintain strong relationships with internal departments and end-users.

Requirements :

Solid full-stack development skills : Python (Flask) for back-end and JavaScript (React.js) for front-end.

Experience with relational databases ( such as MS SQL ).

Proficiency with version control systems ( GitHub / GitLab ) and issue tracking tools ( JIRA for Scrum boards ).

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address complex technical challenges.

Excellent communication skills to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
