Position Description
Our client is seeking a Customer Service Representative – a pivotal role that blends both in-person and virtual client communications. You’ll play a key part in managing the customer experience, order taking and assisting customers at the facility.
- Proven ability to answer telephones, reply to emails and manage Teams calls, all within a call center environment
- A willingness to be in-office, Monday to Friday
- Manage customer inquiries, providing research and resolution in a prompt manner
- Take orders and ensure accuracy in the data presented
- A social professional who is outgoing and is looking to join a great team environment
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year+ experience in a customer service setting, ideally in flooring distribution
- A passion for detail, structure, and getting things right the first time
- Bilingual (English required; French a plus)
- Confident communication skills—both written and verbal
- Highly organized with a knack for managing competing priorities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, AS400 experience a plus
- Bonus – Training in Customer Service or Administrative Services
