About the Role :
Fitzrovia is seeking a dynamic Property Manager to lead our property team at The Waverley . This role involves maintaining our communities to deliver an exceptional experience and ensuring top-notch service at all times. The Property Manager will also be instrumental in building and energizing high-performing teams to drive the property's success.

Responsibilities :
- Ensure the seamless operation of our community in a fast-paced environment by overseeing all aspects, including maintenance, capital improvements, lease administration, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, collections, evictions, vacancy anticipation, marketing, lease renewals, service contracts, expense control, and audits
- Deliver a 5-star living experience by providing exceptional customer service and continually seeking ways to enhance the resident experience. Align with the building's brand to improve customer satisfaction, reputation, renewals, revenue, and profitability
- Maintain a positive living environment by promptly resolving resident conflicts and ensuring consistent follow-up
- Drive revenue growth through a deep understanding of market competition and the development of creative marketing programs.
- Develop, mentor, lead, and manage a high-performing, cohesive team, including leasing, concierge, maintenance, and management personnel, to maximize engagement and minimize turnover
- Uphold and model the Fitzrovia mission to be a best-in-class property management company
- Manage and maintain all aspects of the community’s budget, finances, property performance, and financial metrics
- Collaborate with leasing staff to ensure that leasing and marketing objectives are achieved
- Audit resident files to ensure they meet company standards
- Foster positive relationships with community vendors, prospects, residents, and team members
- Identify leasing opportunities, set goals for the leasing staff, and work on improving the performance of each team member
Qualifications and Experiences :
High school diploma or equivalent required, post-secondary or bachelor’s degree considered a strong asset3-5 years of property management experience, with 2-3 years of financial experience in budgeting and financial reportingProven experience in a supervisory role, with a strong ability to lead and develop teams.Excellent communication and customer service skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing demands.Calm, even-tempered demeanor, capable of handling high-pressure situations.Self-motivated, curious, and results-driven.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Yardi property management software is preferred.Strong general office, bookkeeping, and sales skillsWhy Fitzrovia :
