The Board operates 2 administration buildings and 21 schools (18 elementary, 2 secondary, 1 K-8 Virtual School) in 13 communities covering 7,851 square kilometers for the welfare of 4,580 pupils. Duties

Reporting under Plant Services, these casual positions offer a wide range of cleaning and general maintenance duties, including but not limited to :

• Cleaning of the school, ensuring standards of cleanliness are maintained through inspections;
• Performing monthly fire extinguisher checks and recording;
• Maintaining grounds, including snow / ice removal, lawn care, watering (seasonal);
• Security of the building as required;
• Observing and reporting safety violations; participating in emergencies;
• Other related duties as assigned.
