YOUR ROLE:

As a Paralegal, you will provide support in corporate law matters.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Coordinate searches in various registers (RDPRM and other similar registers);

• Maintain minute books;

• Forward closing documents to the appropriate resources and coordinate their assembly and signing;

• Draft reports related to securities and other transactions;

• Coordinate documentation related to the incorporation, registration, liquidation, and dissolution of companies;

• Assist other teams in the legal department (commercial contracts, leases).

REQUIRED SKILLS:

• DCS in Paralegal Technology or other combination of experience and equivalent training;

• Experience in a similar role;

• Excellent command of French and English (read, spoken, written);

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite;

• Thoroughness and attention to detail;

• Excellent organizational and priority management skills.
