• Full-time, reporting to Design Director and ECD as part of the Design team
• Hybrid, minimum of three days a week in office (Toronto/North York)
• Starting salary range between $75-100K, depending on experience and competency
• Full benefits and vacation package

• Generating original and compelling visual concepts and ensuring that they meet brand and accessibility standards across a variety of media.
• Championing clients’ brand standards and their application in a B2B environment
• Collaborating closely and constructively with Writers, Project + Account Managers and Developers
• Presenting to clients, and contributing to the development of an exceptional client experience
• Mentoring and supporting junior members of the team
• Ensuring file structure and labelling are exemplary on all projects

📋 Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a creative role, at least one as an Art Director, with a history of leading creative projects.
• Strong proficiency of industry-standard design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, G-Suite and Slack (our internal work platforms). Knowledge of After Effects and experience using AI tools is an asset.
• Understanding of agency processes and team structures
• Some experience in B2B marketing and communications design
• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Design or a related creative field is a bonus.
