We are seeking a dedicated Enquiries Coordinator to join our Aged Care team. As the first point of contact for individuals reaching out to Care Connect, you’ll play a vital role in creating a positive first impression and ensuring enquiries are handled quickly, accurately, and with care.

About You
You bring a strong customer service background, ideally in a fast-paced, high-volume contact environment. You are a confident communicator who listens with empathy, manages escalations calmly, and thrives on helping others.

To be considered for this role you must have full Australian working rights, current Police & Working With Children Checks – we can arrange police checks for successful candidates. Psychometric assessment forms part of our process.
